Toda Una Pilates & Journaling Experience is more than a class — it’s an evening created just for you. A moment to pause, move, and reflect while connecting with a community of like-minded women who value wellness, growth, and self-care.
We’ll begin with a 40-minute mat Pilates session for all levels — a gentle yet empowering flow to release stress and reconnect with your body. After, we’ll shift into guided journaling, using prompts to help you reflect, set intentions, and express yourself in a supportive group setting.
Every guest will receive a complimentary journal, a thoughtfully curated wellness goodie bag, and light refreshments to enjoy as we come together in community.
This is your invitation to take time for yourself — to breathe, move, and share space with women on the same journey. You’ll leave feeling lighter, inspired, and deeply renewed.
Event Schedule
2:30 – 2:40 PM: Arrival, check-in & light mingling
2:40 – 3:20 PM: 40-minute Pilates session (all levels welcome)
3:20 – 3:50 PM: Guided journaling together with your complimentary journal
3:50 – 4:30 PM: Refreshments, photos, connection & wellness goodie bag moment

What to Bring: A water bottle, and feel free to bring a cozy blanket or pillow for journaling time. Mats and journals will be provided.
