A Candlelight Pilates & Meditation Experience

Step into the warmth of your own light. Glow From Within is a 50-minute candlelit journey that begins with a mindful mat Pilates flow designed to awaken your core, open your heart, and ground your body. Through intentional movement and breath, you’ll reconnect with your strength, softness, and inner radiance.

We’ll end the session in stillness with a guided meditation—an invitation to rest, receive, and return to yourself. Come as you are, leave feeling centered, empowered, and glowing from the inside out.

All levels welcome. Please bring a mat, water, and an open heart.

Event Schedule 

7:30 - 8:00 pm : Check-in at the entrance & setup your mat. Free parking.

8:00 - 8:50 pm : Mat Pilates (all fitness levels)

8:50 - 9:30 pm : Connect with our community!
